Young Ned Poindexter (Jonathan Smith) and his buddy Les (Daniel McLaren) are just a couple of kids twiddling away their summer vacation in the 1950s. The same night they steal some chickens, a young girl is found murdered and the arrival of a stranger (John Carradine) coincides with this event.
This film, while very 'NZ' could still hold it's own against many American made films of the same genre. The acting is great and whoever the old man, who was the 'Scarecrow' is, you are a legend!
