When they are in bed - he has a shirt on in one shot, the other one it's off, and then on again.
During the scene when Sailor's is running through a traffic jam to find Lula, a crew member and boom mic is visible in the reflection of one of the windows of a black van.
When Sailor flings Bob Ray Lemon's corpse against the wall after bashing his head in, the "corpse" is visibly running towards it.
When Sailor leaves Lula, and Lula cries out "SAILOR!!!" in close-up, the image is reversed.
Lula's hair is normally "waved" to her left, but in this shot, her hair is "waved" to her right.
When the policeman approaches Perdita who's waiting in the car, a shadow from either crew or equipment can be seen briefly on his hat.

Much of the show is based on Du Plessis being an idiot. Of course they all act stupidly and so many things do not make any sense.
I feel like "Wild at Heart" is one of Lynch's forgotten films, and I can sort of see why. Though I enjoyed my time with Sailor (Nicolas Cage, "Leaving Las Vegas"), Lula (Laura Dern, "Marriage Story"), and all the other various other bizarre characters that populate this weird romantic tale, I can honestly say that this is one of my least favorite Lynch movies.
My review can be summed up in one word--excruciating.Make that two words--excruciating garbage!
I've just finished watching this series on Acorn and loved it. When I go to th end of season 5 I was lamenting that there were only 2 seasons to go.
The storyline was interesting, the violence was fun, but this movie has so much nudity and sex, it's disgusting, I can almost call it a porn.
Filled with some crazy characters, this one certainly catches your attention and refuses to let go. Nicolas Cage is at his best playing the larger than life Sailor Ripley and Laura Dern does a great job as Lula.
I am quite the fan of David Lynch. He has a knack of combining the massively gratuitous and the oddly sweet, a pastiche he has been using in his films for years (Blue Velvet made me cry, and horrified few films have the capacity to do either).
Wild at Heart is a good romance film with a good dose of torture style in it and some very weird but great scenes that only Lynch could make and made them good.Cage and Dern were really good together and chemistry between them was very normal and it felt very real,Dafoe was also great in his crazy role and he showed that he is one of best actors out there and that he can play any character that he wants and still make it very great and memorable.
In the early screenings of 'Wild at Heart', it was extremely bad received, with about 80 persons walking out of it in the first two days, whose a good majority of them were complaining mostly about the graphic and gruesome depiction of violence, or the intense sex scenes, and even about the crude profanities spelled in the film. What a poor reasons.
