The Flyboys

When Kyle and Jason are playing in the "dungeon" with Angelo and all three are on the sofa with Kyle on top of Angleo as Angelo's bodyguard comes into the room, you can see Kyle's blue underwear (at 56:03 and 56:08 to 56:10 in 99 minute version).

Later, when Lenny pulls Kyle out of the trunk (boot) of the car at the airport, he has white underwear (at 01:12:48 to 01:12:50).

Here is an indie movie that does not look like an indie movie. Here is a movie with a modest budget that has the appearance of a much costlier movie.

I had the pleasure of seeing this movie twice. Once while attending the Garden State Film Festival and a second time in my home town in the Connecticut Film Festival.

I saw this at the Waterfront Film Festival in Saugatuck Michigan.The Flyboys is a wonderful adventure film starring two young talented actors Jesse James and Reiley McClendon.

I don't want to give away too much now spout off too much of my deep love for this film. Simply, it is why we all watch the films.

Could have been a truly fantastic film, but the edit is all over the place... there are about four ways i can think of off the top of my head that would achieve everything the film maker wants and make the movie stronger then it is now...

I loved this movie. Finally a movie I can recommend to my friends and family.

I totally agree with lulu's post of this movie. It has everything you could want in a M rated movie.

The Fly Boys was a real surprise and a late summer blockbuster, like the Karate Kid and Cannon Ball Run were back many years ago. It trumps Harry Potter and so many other big budget movies, because the characters are believable, likable, and even lovable, including the the Good, the Bad, the Ugly, the Beautiful, and of course, the Fly Boys.

Saw this at the Egyptian theater last night, 08/23/08. I've been thinking about this movie all morning and reliving scenes in my head.
