When Candy is indicted, the judge calls her Ms.

Washington but in the end of the movie when her case is over turned, they call her name out as Candace Collins.

When Candace (Keshia Knight Pulliam) confronts Joshua (Derek Luke) on the steps of the courthouse the strap on Candace's bag is is located above and below the top button of her shirt between shots.

Madea and her driver are in a van, having just been cut off by a guy in a car.

They're "chasing" the car but it's clear that the gear lever in the van they're driving is in the 'Park' position.

In the beginning of the movie, when Mable's criminal record is shown, her year of birth is shown to be 1962, which would make her 47 years old in 2009, but the character Madea/Mable is portrayed to be much older than 47.

At the beginning some newspaper articles are shown.

One headline saysStudent Expelled.

If you read the text besides the photograph in the article it spells Shcool instead of school.

While the exact charges against Madea are not specified at the start of the movie, when she is in court all charges are dismissed due to the police not reading her "Miranda".

The sole time Miranda is applicable under U.

case law is when there is custodial interrogation by the police (questioning where the suspect is not free to leave).

Any crimes the police witness they do not need to interrogate the suspect.

The violation of fleeing the police is shown and battery on an officer is inferred.

Miranda would not need to be read for either of these offenses to be proved, and a lack of it being read would have no bearing on the validity of the charges.

If the police violate a suspect's rights by custodial interrogation without the Miranda warning, the sole penalty for the violation is the suppression of any statements made by the suspect.

When Madea is entering her car after flipping the red convertible, you see and mark on the pavement left from a burnout, but the next shot is when she does the burnout to leave the mark on the pavement.

When the three people are in the car, headed to the church, you can see the reflection of the crew in Madea's glasses.

They are moving about.

In the scene when Chuck is typing, studying a case for his friend Joshua, the laptop should be on.

He is using a MacBook Pro.

When MacBook Pros are on, the Apple logo on the back of the notebook would be illuminated white.

Thus since the logo isn't lit, the computer is off.

During the intro scenes, Madea's driving license is shown bearing the first name as Madea (which is a portmanteau for "Mother dear") rather than her real first name.
