During the battle with the Aztecs, Jess sets the skull on the ground beside him, after which it disappears, until he is seen carrying it as he exits.

When Bill the electrician first enters the house, the dolly track is clearly visible on the floor for over 30 seconds.

After "Gramps" feeds the worm-dog a bottle of beer, he tells the animal to go off and play, while turning him to the floor.

It's then that you can see the obvious arm of the puppeteer, clothed in the same cloth of the blanket "Gramps" is using.

When Gramps and Charlie are driving up the driveway, you see Gramps driving from the right side of the car.

When he pulls up the house, he's back on the left.

When Jesse is in the kitchen trying to get the skull from the bird's mouth, you can briefly see the puppeteer operating the bird in the lower right corner of the screen.

When Grampa turns off the TV, the entire crew is reflected in it.

Charlie says his Uzi is semi automatic, yet it shoots like a fully automatic.

In addition, the Uzi is obviously the semi-auto Carbine model, with a longer barrel that is legal for civilian ownership in the U.

It is a felony for a civilian to own a full-auto gun without having a federal license for each such gun.

Reviews

I watch a lot of old movies, but most aren't that watchable, and that's the thing I look for the most when deciding how many stars to give it. This movie is definitely watchable.

Arye Gross, Jonathan Stark, Royal Dano, Lar Park-Lincoln, Amy Yasbeck, Bill Maher and John Ratzenberger star in this 1987 horror comedy. This chapter focuses on 25-year old guy, Jesse McLaughlin (Gross) who inherits his ancestors home.

This was one of my favorite horror comedies as a kid and though it didn't age too great, I still love it. It's not really horror but it's fun none the less.

I'm a massive fan of 80s movies especially horror films and I've never been able to find this on any streaming services till now. Let's start of by saying It most definitely wasn't what I was expecting, I did not see this as a horror film it screamed more Comedy fantasy to me then horror.

Same stuff you say? Maybe, who am I to say what that could mean?

I like the plot, the characters and the premise. It's very hammy and a bit childish but if you want a 80ties family movie then I would recommend you this movie.

The acting is not the problem, but the script itself is a bit all over the place. Some stuff being way too cartoony or unrealistic (like the Pupperpillar) to still be able to take this movie serious.

Nothing beats the classic original but this is still a very very good sequel! I love it.
