The film Deadfall is a cool, cold winter thriller, which likes giving a chock or two. I must admit I totally was into the storytelling right away, but what's more interesting really, is the very talented film making skills which is offered here In addition to that we meet a bunch of very good actors.

Three criminals are on the run after robbing a casino. Then they hit a deer and crash.

All of the sexual politics - which is what this piece is REALLY about - has dated to the point where it's farcical now. But this movie is still worth watching for...

Since i have a crush on everything from the sixties, i stumbled across this marvel. The whole 1968 setting made my eyes pop and i enjoyed the fantastic score from Barry.

There is so much true 1940's film noir feel underlying the slightly desaturated color the ending especially. I would go so far as to say this is a Neo-Noir film due to the weaving of twisting of the characters lunacy, namely Eddy, Played by Nicholas Cage.

Not very much to say other than I was ashamed of myself for watching to the end. Fairly obvious from the beginning it was badly written, drowning in clichés and aimed at those who don't require much in realism or quality writing.

Christopher Coppola is officially the most talentless director and writer ever.

For a crime-noir film set during Thanksgiving, this wild-goose-chase of a story is burnt to a crisp, and not in a good way. Cooking the goose, metaphorically speaking, is débutant screenwriter Zach Dean using a FARGO-ish plot but injected with steroids.

Deadfall is alright. Not an academy award winner, but a pretty decent, well tought, well delivered movie with good star power.
