For fans of Bill Lawrence (scrubs, spin city etc) this is another brilliant comedy that is goofy and light hearted but filled with heartfelt moments. This is an underrated and under appreciated series, partly (as the writers have acknowledged themselves) due to the name.
I was only interested in watching the one episode that featured Matthew Perry, whom's involvement is how I found out this show existed. What happened to Monica?
OK, I am late to this show but here is my review. Creative writers wasting time on sophomoric humor..
First of all, what a lousy, and often inaccurate title.Courtney Cox proved herself across the ten series of 'Friends' to be a reliable comedic actress, but even I had my doubts when I heard that she was going to be the centre of this comedy.
Don't normally throw my 2 cents in. But this is the worst show I have had the displeasure of watching.
Another one of those "funny tv series" wannabes. I can't believe so many adult actors nowadays are willing to play characters that require acting like you're a 13-year old in the body of a 40-year old.
So.. let me start by saying, when hubby and I started watching Cougar Town, we were already white.
The show takes that ultra happiness found in "Friends" and "Scrubs" and takes it to 1000. It is extremely boring and sugar coated.
