Goofs

At the first party, Jacques is seen juggling scarves and is suddenly behind Flakfizer and then back juggling again.

When Flakfizer and the guys are going to the hospital, as they leave the townhouse, Flakfizer is wearing a purple suit.

As he exits the car at the hospital, his suit is black/gray, but as he walks into the hospital, the suit is purple again.

This has been fixed on the DVD.

When Lazlo the lawyer is hit over the head with a vase in a doorway, it smashes everywhere.

Seconds later, Flakfizer and Mrs.

Oglethorpe go through the same doorway and the vase pieces are gone.

I saw this movie for the first time when I was 5 and I still remember a lot of details in it.. Funny, amazing and I remembered I laughed so hard though I wasn't that good in English..

Truly hilarious, Brain Donors is a perfect pastiche of the Marxies, hands down. John Turturro waxes fast and furious as Roland T.

I have been a fan of this one since it came to vhs back in the early 90s. its a goofball ode to the marx brothers while one might say it flew under the radar it more or less flew under the ground crashed burned and no one really even noticed the crater.

The comedy happens so fast in this movie you won't have time to laugh between bits. It's simple, playful PG humor that everyone can enjoy.

The story of the underrated comedy gem "Brain Donors" is quite a fascinating tale indeed. Conceived as a throwback tribute to old- school comedy acts such as the Marx Brothers and the Three Stooges, the film was an early effort for writer Pat Proft and director Dennis Dugan, whom worked under the supervision of the wildly famous Zucker Brothers.

I had heard and read so many great things about this movie over the years that I finally decided to give it a try. Unfortunately, it didn't even come close to the hype.

There are about 45 positive reviews here for Brain Donors and about five negative ones. My advice is to completely ignore the negative reviews.

If you do not find this film funny check your pulse because you have got to be dead. You don't like a joke then wait 2 seconds and you find another.

A short word on Brain Donors (1992): Get it. I don't even think it was featured for a full week at the cinemas, but it made cable and that's where I found it.
