She is the sister of Tom Fahn and Jonathan Fahn and the sister-in-law of Dorothy Elias-Fahn and Jennie Fahn.

Due to a rib injury in 2004, she reportedly could not perform certain dance moves, including lifts. However, shes fine now.

Melissa was the featured Coloratura Soloist in Vox Lumiere, a production where eight singers and four musicians perform music to silent films.

Auditioned for the voice of Ariel in Disneys "The Little Mermaid" and was called back several times.

(September 2004) Just finished performing as an ensemble member of the musical Wicked at the Gershwin theatre in New York City and has recently performed in readings of the new musical Camille at the York Theatre in New York.

(June 2004) Performed with the Wicked ensemble in the 58th Annual Tony Awards during both the opening number and Defying Gravity

(April 2006) Currently recording her first solo album, "Avignon"

(May 2007) Performing in the Los Angeles production of "Wicked: The Musical" as an ensemble soloist and understudy to Glinda. Shes also about to release her debut CD, "Avignon"
