Yvonne Chapman is a Canadian Actress and Producer. She is of Chinese and French decent - her mother is Singaporean Chinese and her father's heritage is both Chinese and French. She has an academic and professional background in Finance, where she specialized in business development, and mergers and acquisitions. She then transitioned to pursue her passion to work in film, and continues to study under the tutelage of respected art institutions and coaches in Vancouver and LA. You can see Yvonne in productions for the CW, ABC, Fox, and Hallmark to name a few. She has a strong background in sports - practicing in Muay Thai, Kickboxing and Hapkido.
As a sports fanatic, youll find Yvonne frequently playing volleyball, basketball, badminton, ultimate Frisbee or at a boxing gym. She had a run playing rugby as a forward lock before getting injured, forcing her to sit out the rest of her rugby playing days.
She was top 5 in the Miss Chinese International Pageant in 2007 - held in Foshan China and hosted by TVB.

An advocate for the arts, she volunteered as an executive Board Member for various non-profit organizations, including the Calgary International Film Festival - putting her business and finance acumen to use as their Treasurer.
