Yordan Bikov was born in the village of Popovica, Plovdiv region, Bulgaria. In 1979 he graduated in "acting" at the National Academy for Theatre and Film Art, Sofia, Bulgaria in the class of Professor Filip Filipov. He has worked in theaters in Dimitrovgrad at National Film Festival in Varna. He has played in more than 30 Bulgarian movies.
