Biography

Having been born and raised in the Northwest Suburbs of Chicago, Tony Schiavone's burgeoning love for film came at a very early age. For the past year, Tony has been working with CNGM Pictures, a non-for-profit film production company based in Palatine, IL, and serves as their Director of Marketing. He was among 2009's Inaugural Graduating Class from Tribeca Flashpoint Media Arts Academy in Chicago, where he majored in film, with an emphasis in editing. In 2008, Tony entered the 48-Hour Film Project with a short film entitled, 'Urn Doctor, M.D.', which garnered six awards: including Best Editing and the Audience Award for Best Picture. In addition to editing short films, he has also worked on several music videos, feature films, commercial pieces and documentaries.
