During 1996 – 2003, Tobias was Art Director, Managing Editor and in charge of international online staging of the german band Alphaville ("Big In Japan", "Forever Young") including conception, design, programming and maintenance of the web site www.alphaville.de, including leading editorial and online marketing responsibility, also community management (mailing list, newsgroup), artwork for cd and dvd releases.
