Sri Lankan-born (1980) swedish drummer and percussionist. During his youth, Thomas raised in Luleå, Tanzania and Umeå. He's a full-time musician for several years. Thomas has in recent years become one of the most versatile and prolific drummers. In addition to his membership in Umeå quartet [url=http://www.discogs.com/artist/Perishers%2C+The]The Perishers[/url], he has appeared both live and on record with, among others, [a260046], [a552092], [a487922] and the French band [a2269]. Hedlund's dynamic, modern style has a characteristic that, despite the above-band-sized musical differences, means that you know his sound. In addition to his technical skills he possesses also a great rhythmic imagination that made him an internationally sought-after drummers. Thomas is now playing even with [a1083596].
