Trivia

Their single "Dont Bring Me Down" was banned in the United States due to "suggestive" lyrics.

Founding member Dick Taylor was a former member of The Rolling Stones.

Interestingly, the band is often credited with producing the first rock opera with their album "S.F. Sorrow". However, it was overshadowed by The Whos more successful album "Tommy", which was released just a few months later.

The group also recorded under the name: The Electric Banana.
