Born and raised just outside of Chicago in the western suburb of Glen Ellyn, IL. Terry is the youngest child of Diana and Tom Feely he has three siblings Mark, Greg, and Patti. While in high school he was a three-sport athlete before concentrating only on track and field in his junior year in order to become an all state pole vaulter. After high school, Terry attended College of DuPage where studied Fire Science and Emergency Medicine. In addition to working as a firefighter/paramedic for nearly 15 years, he also worked in a pediatric emergency room. His father and brother were also firefighters. After his son, Colin graduated from high school his plan with his wife Trisha was to leave the cold Chicago climate for warmer weather. When an opportunity for Trisha to transfer to Atlanta for work that hope was realized. After only a couple of months in Atlanta Terry was exposed to the film and TV industry that has taken over Atlanta. While working as a featured background actor on Stranger Things, Bad Moms Christmas and as a paramedic on Pitch Perfect 3, Terry decided to take acting classes and learn more about the industry. Only a few months after his first acting class Terry has a number of commercial and film/TV credits.
Terry attended Glenbard West High School alongside Amy Carlson and Sean Hayes. The summer between his Junior and Senior years Lucas was filmed at his high school and in his hometown of Glen Ellyn. Although many of his friends are in the film Terry was not due to attending summer school.
