R&B singer with the group En Vogue.

Released her debut solo album "Southern Gal" in 1995. The album peaked at #116 on Billboards Top 200 Albums Chart and #27 on the R&B/Hip Hop Albums chart.

The group En Vogue was originally supposed to be a trio. However, since Terry showed up late for auditions, they gave her a shot. The producers were so amazed at her vocal prowess that they decided to make the trio a quartet.

Is close friends with Holly Robinson Peete.

It has often been assumed that one of the group Jethro Tulls (who he managed for many years) most popular songs, "Teacher", was about him. It is due to this fact that the group has refused to play this song live on stage.
