Born and raised in Michigan, Terri Partyka began her acting career as a child, in local theatre companies. But, in 2009, when the film industry began to bloom in Michigan, she began acting almost exclusively in film. When she is not filming, Terri enjoys participating in sports and fitness activities, She is an avid runner, and martial artist. . She also keeps busy teaching piano, from her home studio, and homeschooling her children.
Terri played tackle football for the Grand Rapids Carpenters, a womens semi-pro football team in the late 1980s.
Terri Partyka has a black belt in American Freestyle Karate.
