Los Angeles native Stevie Nelson has been working as a location manager and scout in feature films and television for over 20 years. Ms. Nelson is a founding member of the Location Managers Guild International award winner for Assistant Location Manager of the Year- Television and has been nominated numerous times for a COLA Location Team of the Year- Television for her work on "House MD", for Location Team of the Year- Features for "Into The Wild" and Location Team of the Year- Television for "The Mindy Project". She is a 2015 COLA winner for Location Team of the Year Television for the ABC series Fresh Off The Boat. Ms. Nelson's photographic work has appeared in several juried photo exhibitions : . 2003 "In The Zone" photo exhibit at the Pacific Design Center in Los Angeles,CA . 2008 "Concentric Circles - Metro LA Revealed" photo exhibit in Venice, CA. . 2013 12th Annual Northwest Eye Regional Photography Competition & Exhibition, at the Morris Graves Museum, Humboldt County, CA. She is also co-founder & co-editor of The Compass magazine, the official magazine for the Location Managers Guild International.
