Stefanie was born in Long Island, New York but soon moved to Atlanta, Georgia with her parents. She has had in interest in acting since her mom convinced her to go to theater camp when she was 13. Since then she became involved in acting lessons and drama club. She is Shinnecock Indian, African American, and Cherokee Indian.
