The film was started in 1994 and was produced by Mansoor Siddique. After a argument between Sohail and Mansoor erupted, the film was shelved. The film was 40% complete. Mansoor Siddique then sold the title song of the film " Tujhe Manga Tha Tujhe Paya Hain" to producer Firoz Nadiadwala. Firoz used it for his film " Ram Shastra".
