Shelley's kids say she is the best mum and a tough mum - a Malcolm In The Middle mum. She was born in Calgary, raised across Canada with an RCMP dad and nurse/stay at home mother who ran a preschool at their home. Her parents finally settled them in Banff where they bought a clothing store. Shelley received her Marketing and Sales Diploma and worked in tourism and at the Hotel Vancouver. She married Louis who owns a prosthetic facility, raised 3 kids and volunteered at her children's school...and survived the Parents Advisory Council. In her 40's she nursed her mom through ovarian cancer, survived her own bout of oral cancer and had a piece for her tongue removed! She began scene study class for speech therapy and fell in love with acting. She looks forward to bringing her life experience to her career as an actor. Now it's her turn to shine.
