Talented, lovely dark-haired actress who formed The Elephant Company, a theatre group, in the 1980s.
Was a co-star and producer for Dancing at the Blue Iguana , about strippers. Intrigued by it all, she actually started stripping classes in Los Angeles as a way to provide a workout for the mind, body and spirit, and her course is now in great demand.
Developed a post-pregnancy exercise routine known as "The S Factor" which combines yoga, dance and erotic movements. Also wrote a book on the exercise routine.
She was a classically-trained ballerina and soloist with the Westmoreland Ballet Company before attending NYUs Tisch School of Arts as a Dance major.

Sheila holds fitness retreats each year where women are immersed in and learn about themselves and about feminine culture.
