Biography

Born and raised on the south side of Chicago, Illinois, after graduating from Proviso West Highschool he joined the United States Marine Corps following in his father's footsteps and began serving an eight year enlistment reaching the rank of Sergeant/E-5. Sean later graduated from Northern Illinois University with a BFA in Acting/Theatre studying under Kathryn Gately-Poole and Gene Terruso. Years after moving to Hollywood he later met friend and mentor legendary director Spike Lee.

2004 Winner of The NAACP (West Coast) Theatre Award for Best Ensemble Cast for Misery Street.

National commercial credits include Statefarm, Kmart and two Pepsi spots featuring Beyonce and Kanye West. Both Directed by Spike Lee.

Worked as a Studio Guide on the backlot Tram tour at Universal Studios in Hollywood, California.

Worked as a page at CBS studios in Hollywood, California on shows such as Price is Right, Politically Incorrect and Family Feud.

Huge Sports Fan. Supports all Chicago area sports teams including the Bulls, Bears, Blackhawks and Cubs.

College internship was at Steppenwolf Theatre Company in Chicago, Illinois.
