Sara A Matthews was born in Corpus Christy, TX. She worked in theater and film receiving a BFA in Cinema from SMU in Dallas before moving to Los Angeles to pursue her interests in Health/Fitness, "Wellness", Dance and Film. Action films gave her an early start to acting and filmmaking. In 2004, she received a MS in Nutritional Science becoming a RD/Dietitian working as a speaker for media and other corporations: ESPN, Disney, MTV, AOL, ABC, GE, etc. Her current production, "Jacob's Honor" represents a combination of science and art with her performance as a Wellness Therapist for Veterans with PTSD. A minor cult star die to her uncredited role as the girl in the yellow leotard in the movie, Repossessed . In the clip, featured on YouTube, she plays a young lady working out on a machine as her chest inflates ala Ali Mc Beal as Leslie Nielsen watches during a workout. However, due to the fact she is excluded from the credits, many fans of the movie have incorrectly identified her as Charlotte J. Helmkamp who was listed in the credits as The Incredible Girl. Film stars Linda Blair hence the title, "Repossessed".
