Sally Kemper is originally from New Orleans, LA. where she began her acting career in the early 90s. She moved to Los Angeles, CA in 2002 and has studied a variety of acting techniques at numerous acting schools, including Howard Fine Acting Studio in Hollywood, CA, and filmmaking at the Hollywood Film & Acting Academy. She generated financing for several feature film and television productions in the Los Angeles area and was an editor and associate publisher for P3 Update, an international film and television publication located in Hollywood, CA, for seven years. Ms. Kemper is the owner and founder of Mander Films and Mander Productions where she works as a producer, director, writer, editor and occasional actor.
