Before Roger entered showbiz and became known, he was a lead singer in a Melbourne pub band. He played all over Melbourne, Australia, with one of his first gigs in a little pub in Richmond. His favourite football team is Hawthorn. He met his long term partner when he stared in RENT which was his big break. Last but not least he's the Hyundai promotional guy.
His partner actress/singer Christine Anu gave birth to their first child, a daughter Zipporah Mary Corser, on 3 August 2002.
