Biography

Robert Paturel was born in 1952 in Rueil-Malmaison. He is an expert in defensive techniques and combat. He won the French Boxing championship six times in France, and became a European champion in 1984. A former policeman in elite groups, he was the first one to use the baton in 2002. He has written two books and he served as a technical adviser in " Les brigades du Tigre" and "Go Fast" in which he played minor roles.

In March 2010, his first novel entitled " Les panthres noires de Bivre" was published. It is a work of fiction inspired by his experience in the RAID unit.
