Rick Siggelkow is a producer and director known for Shining Time Station, Noddy, Ace Lightning, Dinosapien and Little People. He and Britt Allcroft co-created and co-produced the award-winning American television series, Shining Time Station and its five prime-time television specials. He was also behind the creation of the popular Canadian children's TV series, Ace Lightning and Dinosapien. Rick produced Noddy, a 30 minute program which introduced BBC's Noddy series and characters to the United States. The program won several Gemini Awards. He now works for HiT Entertainment producing and directing their series, Little People.
