Rich grew up in Cleveland, Ohio to parents Selina Kelley and Richard Morrow Sr. He graduated from Florida Atlantic University where he competed on the Men's Basketball team. Rich began studying acting with notorious acting coach Janet Alhanti and her daughter Iris Klein after relocating to Los Angeles. He is signed with Debralynn Findon and Discover Management for TV/Film.
