Several magazines carried a story about the day Ranbir Kapoor was born. The entire Kapoor khandaan was in the hospital visiting Neetu Singh and the new born baby Ranbir. All except Rishis younger brother Rajiv Kapoor. Rajiv and his then girlfriend Padmini Kholapure were involved in a serious car accident. When questioned by the police, Rajiv and Padmini were reluctant to give their names.
