Biography

Porscha Coleman is an American actress, singer, dancer, and TV host, who is best known for her recurring television role as Erica Willis on The Parkers, Rachel in the Disney Channel Original Movie Pixel Perfect, and on MTV's improvisation show Wild 'n Out. She attended Millikan Middle School Performing Arts Magnet in Sherman Oaks, California, and Hollywood High School Performing Arts Magnet in Hollywood, California. In 2014, she appeared as a guest star on the new HBO show, Silicon Valley and in 2015, she guest starred on Switched at Birth, alongside Lea Thompson. She resides in California.

Has an older brother, John E. Diggs II, who was a professional football player in the NFL.

Her mother, Betty Jean Coleman, has 7 brothers and two sisters and they had a successful singing group that toured overseas in the late 70s and early 80s called, "The Coleman Reunion."

She has performed live numerous times on television as a hip-hop dancer and has appeared as a lead dancer in such artists music videos as 50 Cent and G-Unit, Faith Evans, Will Smith, Kanye West, Nelly, Busta Rhymes, and Snoop Dogg to just name a few.

She has been singing and performing professionally on stage since the age of 5.

One of the nominees for the "Outstanding Performer Award" at her high school, Hollywood Performing Arts Magnet in 2001. Nominated by the staff and her peers, Porscha won the award. The event was held at the Roosevelt Hotel in Hollywood, California.

Porscha played "Dorothy" in "The Wiz" at her middle school, Millikan Performing Arts Magnet in Sherman Oaks, CA in 1997.

She sang on Jimmy Kimmel Live in August 2008 with rapper, Tyga.

Porscha hosted Get to Steppin 1 on April 16th & Get to Steppin 2 on April 17th for Spring Bling 2010 in Daytona Beach, FL. BETs annual beach festival is filled with college step shows and celebrity music performances.

Attended Hollywood High Performing Arts School in Hollywood, CA. Actors Laurence Fishburne and John Ritter and actresses, Carol Burnett, Judy Garland, and Lana Turner are all alumni of the well-known school.

She sang on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno in 2008 with Gym Class Heroes.
