Peter Mackie is a writer, director, producer, as well as the founder and creative process manager of Cinetone, a Los Angeles production company. Born and raised in Madison, WI, he has a BM in composition from the University of Wisconsin and did post-graduate work in film scoring at the University of Southern California. As a filmmaker, he has made a number of short films and music documentaries. His films have screened at the Athens Int'l Film Festival in Greece, LA Shorts Fest, HollyShorts, Brooklyn Shorts Fest, Cine Gear Expo, and have been featured on Film Shortage, Ain't It Cool News, and Reel-13 Shorts.
