Trained under Peter Chassikos of Toronto in Jeet Kune Do (JKD), a combative mixed martial arts based on attacking while ones opponent is about to attack. Proficient at stopping a fight before it got out of hand, Pedro became a sought-after bouncer in the clubs of Toronto. It was while working as a bouncer one night that he was discovered by an acting agent.
