Paulo Stars as Thomas Ortiz, a bi-lingual crooked DEA Agent in the TV Series "Ruta 35" . Paulo's charisma, boundless energy and professionalism, soon landed him to model for numerous top designers and clothing companies around the United States and Latin America.
