Born December 9, 1964 in East Berlin as "Heiko Paul Hiersche", after the divorce from his ex-wife he kept the last name . He was guitarist and a founding member of the East German punk band Feeling B, which he left in 1993 to join the German industrial metal band Rammstein.
Has two children; One from his marriage to Nikki, a son named Emil aged 15, and a daughter (age and name unknown).
His original surname was Hiersche - Landers comes from his ex-wife.
Used to be a gymnast until the age of 13.
Left home at 16 due to fights with his stepfather.
