Paul Gerard Kennedy was born in Darlinghurst, New South Wales, Australia to 'Thomas Arthur Kennedy' since 2010, and resides in Regents Park, New South Wales. As at 2013, Paul works for the Australian Public Service, and intends to continue with his movie making.
In his spare, Paul contributes to the IMDB (Internet Movie Data Base). In 2016 he was ranked in the top 250 contributors in the world (78th). He was awarded the Double Gamma Award, for Best Fanzine (Time Loop) and Best Editor at WhoDo 84, the Double Gamma Award for Best Writer at LonCon 85 and the Double Gamma Award for Best Fanzine (Time Loop) and Special Achievements at Console 88. In 2012 at the Con 9 from Outer Space Convention, he won the Gold Gort award (1st place) in the fan fiction competition and the Silver Gort award (2nd Place) in the short movie competition. In 2016 he won "The Helpful Ghoul" presented by "The Australian Horror and Deadly Earnest".
