Worked in the production finance division of Universal Studios, from 1987 to 1998, followed by three years at Artisan Entertainment, as Assistant Director of Finance. Involved in physical production side of films beginning in 2001, including the Cohen brothers The Man Who Wasn't There and Disney's Freaky Friday, among others. In 2007, branched out to independent film producing, selling material to Paramount, Nickelodeon and ABC Family. Served as executive producer on the first of these projects to film, Nickelodeon made for TV movie Swindle.
He graduated from Australias National Institute of Dramatic Art (NIDA) with a degree in Performing Arts (Acting) in 1996.
