Owen Teale trained at the Guildford School of Acting. He was married to actress 'Dilys Watling' and they had one son before their divorce in the mid 1990s.
He was nominated for a 1997 Laurence Olivier Theatre Award for Best Actor in a Supporting Role of 1996 for his performance in A Dolls House.
He was a childrens entertainer at Barry Island pleasure park.
