Niko Saarela was born on August 11, 1993 at Hyvinkää, Finland. He is a director and a screenwriter, mostly known for Cased . He studied audiovisual communication at Kainuu Vocational College from 2009 to 2013. He regulary writes and directs music videos and commercials. He is also famous of his work with a Finnish band "SoulHealer".
Son of actors Tiina Harpf and Erkki Saarela.
