Native New Yorker Nicole Sellars has appeared in numerous prime-time TV shows including The Following starring Gabourey Sidibe, Mo'Nique, Paula Patton, and Mariah Carey. Prior to acting, Sellars' primary background was in broadcast news and hosting as well as TV production. MTV Networks in New York City was her first production gig where she interviewed and directed some of the biggest names in the entertainment business; Rob Zombie, The Exies, Morcheeba and Blink 182. Following her production experience, Sellars worked as a credible Journalist and Anchor for top market news stations including NBC Cleveland, News 12 Long Island, FiOS1 News and AOL Live! Sellars walked the red carpet for the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony in Cleveland and interviewed a variety of music icons including George Clinton, Alice Cooper and actor David Arquette. She continues to host, act and produce across all multimedia platforms and even launched her own talent development group; TV Hosting Academy, which helps broadcasters, actors, experts and bloggers improve their on-air skills.
