Perfect Sisters

Unfortunately , one of the many family tragedies that happen in our society nowadays , I have given a high rating because I believe it's important to make it a movie and tell the story to the world. Sad to say but situations like this one are very common everywhere and must not be forgotten.

Poor. This could have been told much better.

The trailer made it look so interesting. But I was tad bit disappointed.

The film starts out as a family moves once again. Single alcoholic mom (Mira Sorvino) has three children and can't hold a job.

I love Georgie Henley - as of 2019, she has put some weight on and is dead sexy. So, I was really rooting for this movie as I was watching it.

The Canadian version of 'Heavenly Creatures'. The director admits he inspired by the Peter Jackson's movie.

That fact that it was based on a real life story was a bit creepy.The story kept me intrigued.

This is based on a true story and on real life people. That might raise some red flags with some.

There is one salient moment in "Perfect Sisters" when the judge tells the two sisters, Sandra and Beth, that many young people have been in much more dire circumstances than they were when they determined to murder their alcoholic mother. To put it another way, the elimination of their mother did not make their lives any better.
