"Operation Delta Force 3: Clear Target" qualifies as a sincere, above-average, but threadbare-budgeted, testosterone-laden actioneer about an elite U.S.

Delta Force ?! Delta Farce more like.

After watching this so-called "movie," I was left breathless, being only able to say"...wha?

I've always wondered about "made for TV" films. Were they actually deliberately made for TV, or were they intended to be cinema releases before a film exec realised how bad they were?

Because I spend most of my time in science lab I look forward to watching films that are filled with action, romance and energy. I don't really care about the production value or the inaccurate flow of story.

There simply isn't anything to redeem this (attempt at a) film. This has to be the weakest delivery of an unoriginal plot to ever hit the screen - it's not even good enough to be 'filler'.

Mark Roper was one of Nu Image's golden boy directors in the late 90's. Hot off the high-octane spy romp "Human Timebomb," he was more than an appropriate pick for the second "Delta Force" sequel.

Watching "Operation Delta Force 3", it soon became clear that the filmmakers were trying extremely hard to deliver the goods on a small budget. The movie keeps jumping from one different location to another, and while the various locations (underground tunnel, nuclear submarine, Pentagon Headquarters, etc.

In a Delta III's storyline, Skip Lang (Jim Fitzpatrick) is embroiled in a personal agenda to cut off the Columbian Drug Lord 'Salvatore', and get "revenge" for the murder of one of his Delta Team, on the kid's Birthday.
