This movie Beautifully and eloquently put together Eleanor and Reggie, it shows a deeper meaning to life, one that surpasses age, and show the potential intellectual capabilities of the human race, the way the writer wrote the script in combination with the classical music, is truly a masterpiece, the way the music makes you love the film even more. This film can relate to any person on a deeper emotional level, it shows the worst and the best of the human race, and in the end of the movie when Reggie is playing his cello, and Eleanor is playing her cornet, the music is so brilliantly composed, this movie will teach you things about yourself you didn't know.

Like Sunday, Like Rain. The title, like the movie, has a ring to it, a tone, a rhythm, a perfect note.

I loved the way this movie presented its uniqueness and individuality ~ nonconforming to the norm. The role of Eleanor was played brilliantly, but it is of Reggie that I want to see much more.

Like Sunday, Like Rain is a simple film. It takes friendship in its purest if not oddest form to show you that human connection and understanding is a gift that is given to anyone.

We found this movie on Netflix streaming, it is very nicely done and contains a good message. The story centers almost equally on two characters - a 12-yr-old boy and his 24-yr-old Au Pair.

*Possible spoilers* This movie has a lot going for it. Two decent actors in an unusual situation.

I stumbled onto this movie in the middle of a sleepless morning. I think it was the music that hooked me into watching the whole thing, simple, haunting, as important as the visual but on it's own merits.

I enjoyed this movie so much . Best movie I have seen in a long time .

I almost turned this off after the first 15 minutes. There was some truly horrible acting, primarily from bit parts, but the story soon focuses on the Nanny (Eleanor, played by Leighton Meester) and the boy (Reggie, played by Julian Shatkin), and things begin to improve.
