Reviews

-- because John Goodman must weigh in at 463 lbs when this movie was made.Plot - Brian (a mattress salesman) wants to adopt a Chinese baby.

Brian Weathersby (Paul Dano) sells insanely high price mattresses in NYC. It's an indie of his life with all kinds of random quirky characters.

The writing isn't all that good. I find that often, it's not the actors fault bu the writers that the characters come off as...

Sometimes a movie comes along that makes the worst movie I've ever seen previously seem to have been not so bad. Gigantic is one of those movies.

Paul Dano give evidence of maturity in this film, I do not think there is a scene where he smiled. He works in a warehouse and sells mattresses.

This film was going along fine, a quirky mix of characters and oddities. The Chinese baby I laid to dysfunctional family.

This is one of those bizarre car wrecks of a movie. Its horrible, but you cant look away.

I got suckered into it. I read the negative reviews, but I just couldnt believe that a movie with Paul Dano, Zooey Deschanel and John Goodman could be so lousy.

I believe Gigantic is an awesome piece of work, coming from an extreme TMBG fan standpoint. It gave great insight into some of the little bits and pieces of the band's history.
