The movie had some funny jokes and I liked the Character of Frakie a lot, He was the best thing about it. The movie did the Frankenstein parody pretty well with Bob Sapp doing a great Frank impression.

This came out too late for silly, stereotypical movies and too early for straight up a mess. I caught this recently on basic cable and it seems like they treat their Frankenstein as mentally disabled, not more like the zombie he is.
