After her widowed Latina mother "Isabel" (Laura Ceron) marries a wealthy man named "Henry" (David Starzyk), a high school cheerleader by the name of "Lena" (Christina Milian) is forced to move from East Los Angeles to Malibu. Although her new house is in an upscale part of the city, Lena is extremely upset about having to leave her high school friends and her cheerleading team where she served as the captain.
I am older than most of the people giving reviews. I was a cheerleader and I had two daughters that were also cheerleaders.
The last installment of the Bring It On franchise is a direct-to- video about Lina Cruz,a cheerleader who transfers to another school.The story revolves around her joining the cheerleading team,trying to become the captain of the cheerleading squad,her rivalry with Avery,the ultra-rich and snobbish captain,her actions to improve the cheerleading squad and her unlikely romance with Avery's brother.
Overall It was a cute movie and I really liked it. But some of the Latino stereotypes were pretty bad.
I created an IMDb account specifically because of this movie. My teenage daughter made me sit through this.
I have seen all of the movies. Though they were predictable and not my favorite, they were not as horrible as this movie.
I hate to say it but there is nothing special about this movie .It doesn't even compare to the first movie which was good .
