The super-cheesy dramatizations combined minimal input from participants in the actual investigations make this one of the worst of the currently available true crime series. I can't imagine how its current rating here is over 7-- even a 4 is being generous.
I'm mostly angry about the lack of realistic cast! I usually look up a crime and get the full story after watching an episode and I'm ALWAYS shocked to see the huge difference in looks of the real people and the casting Blood Relatives uses.
