The characters, whom most I have never heard of (because I'm a repressed gay American), did such an amazing job not only with their acting, but connecting with me on many levels as queer and the way we have to deal with life and heterosexuals such as the self-absorbed social worker (Pam Strickland) that has no clue that you've been gay-bashed, even though you're black and blue. Typically NOT funny, but funny how he handles her.
