I had a VHS copy of this for years and it never quite tracked right, still I watched this twice on this poor VHS copy and hoped to get a better copy of this movie so I could really enjoy it. I did, on DVD.
AMON SAGA (1986) is a sword-and-sorcery anime tale that runs 75 minutes. Amon, the hero of the piece, is reminiscent of Conan the Barbarian but has the long light hair and pretty features of a "bishonen" character.
